einstein’s biggest idea was basically this:
time and space are not fixed. they can stretch and bend.
really heavy things, like stars and planets, bend space around them. that bending is what we feel as gravity.
and if you move really, really fast, time can actually pass differently for you than for someone standing still.
he also showed that mass and energy are basically two forms of the same thing:
e = mc^2
