something serious must have happened during today’s negotiations. it honestly looks like real madrid might be preparing to move him on.

we have seen so many great brazilian players that he looks almost talentless by comparison.
some of the things he pulls off feel more like luck than skill, and his unusual physicality makes certain movements look more impressive than they really are. beyond that, there is very little elegance or football intelligence in his game.
he is simply very good at marketing himself.
