it's 100% about creating a calorie deficit. eating late at night, oh, eating junk food, and so on have nothing to do with it. eat 3 bags of chips before bed if you want, if the calories you take in are less than your daily needs, you'll lose weight.

the artist who put out a single called morning dew. it's said the song will be on the reissued version of her 2nd studio album b'day, to be re-released for its 20th anniversary. the album will probably come out on september 4th. the song's producer is pharrell williams. i think it turned out nice.
